CONTRACTOR SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the relationship between Lead Line USA (“Company”) and the service professional (“Contractor”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. INDEPENDENT STATUS: You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You provide your own equipment and are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

2. LICENSING & COMPLIANCE: You must maintain all required professional licenses and permits. You agree to carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance at all times.

3. LEADS & PAYMENTS: We provide leads based on location but do not guarantee conversions. You authorize us to charge your payment method for service fees. All sales are final; refunds are issued only for invalid contact data.

4. DATA PRIVACY: Client information provided to you must be used only for the specific project requested. You may not use lead data for unrelated marketing purposes.

5. NON-CIRCUMVENTION: You agree not to bypass our platform to contact leads directly in an attempt to avoid paying service fees.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & REVIEWS: You must protect client privacy. We reserve the right to monitor account quality and manage public reviews posted by clients.

7. TERMINATION: Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may terminate your access immediately for fraud, breach of terms, or loss of professional credentials.

9. LIABILITY: You agree to indemnify Lead Line USA against any claims arising from your work. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
