Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadlineusa.com and related mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lead Line USA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service connects individuals seeking home improvement, repair, or similar services ("Callers" or "Users") with independent contractors and service providers ("Contractors" or "Pros").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
Lead Line USA operates a platform that matches Callers with Contractors based on project details, location, and other criteria submitted by the User. Lead Line USA is not a contractor, does not perform any home improvement, repair, or construction work, and is not a party to any agreement between a Caller and a Contractor. We merely facilitate an introduction and, where applicable, connect phone calls or messages between the parties.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Contractor Obligations
If you register as a Contractor, you additionally represent and warrant that:
You hold all licenses, permits, insurance, and bonding required by applicable federal, state, and local law to perform the services you offer
All information you provide regarding your credentials, experience, and business is truthful and current
You will comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, contractor licensing, and worker classification laws
You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and performance of any work you perform
You will maintain appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by law

Lead Line USA does not verify every credential submitted by Contractors in all cases, and Users should independently confirm a Contractor's license, insurance, and reputation before hiring.

5. Caller Obligations
If you submit a project request as a Caller, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information and project details
Respond in good faith to Contractors who contact you
Use the Service only for legitimate service requests, not for solicitation, sales, or unrelated purposes

6. Consent to Contact (Calls, Texts, and Recording)
By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from Lead Line USA, its call-routing partners, and matched Contractors, including by automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, even if your number is registered on a state or national Do-Not-Call list. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Calls placed through the Service may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent at any time as described in that policy.

7. Fees and Payment
Callers: Use of the Service to submit a project request is generally free of charge, unless otherwise stated at the time of your request.
Contractors: Access to leads, subscriptions, or per-lead charges are billed according to the pricing plan you select at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.

We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. No Guarantee of Work or Results
Lead Line USA does not guarantee:
That any Caller will receive a response from a Contractor, or vice versa
The quality, timeliness, legality, or outcome of any work performed by a Contractor
That any particular lead will result in a completed job or sale

Any agreement to perform work, including price, scope, and timeline, is solely between the Caller and the Contractor. Lead Line USA is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from that agreement.

9. Reviews and User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Lead Line USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to submit User Content that is:
False, defamatory, or misleading
Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
In violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
Unlawful or promotes illegal activity

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove or moderate any User Content at our discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Submit fraudulent leads, fake reviews, or false credentials
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation or security
Circumvent the Service to avoid applicable fees
Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service without our written permission
Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or Contractors

11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Lead Line USA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

LEAD LINE USA DOES NOT VET, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE WORK OF ANY CONTRACTOR, AND DOES NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD LINE USA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A CONTRACTOR OR CALLER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LEAD LINE USA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lead Line USA and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) work performed or requested through the Service.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by [Arbitration Organization, e.g., AAA or JAMS] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You and Lead Line USA agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email/address] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act).

18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other Users, Contractors, or the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16) shall survive.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lead Line USA regarding the Service. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms freely.
